Lag... since Monday's update
Since Monday's update I've been noticing lots of lag. Others in the groups are noticing it too. I've had it from 2 different locations, 2 different networks/internets. Just had a 22 second lag 5 minutes ago. Anybody else getting the same?

yep.....hit a skill, wait and wait and wait, check MY dsl, yep its on, wait and wait and ok...I moved, but I am stuck again....wait and wait some more......
I was in cantha when this happened.....my last ping was like 10,000 before I got back, the next time it happened in elona I got disconnected and the reconnect erred out too (we are not able to find the mission you were doing----uhm, I wasnt doing a mission, just running into a town). |

I've been getting quite a few lag spikes since the update. I know I am on a wireless connection, so some lag is understandable, but when I get it about every 10-15 minutes or so and my ping shoots higher than a crack head, its got some problems. It has just recently started about the time the festival started. It kind of drives me nuts when I am trying to do something important and I have so say "hey...I'm lagging....can we stop and give me a second....or two...or 60"

Yes, I've had some lag. I was in Yohlon Haven doing some exploration when I was hit with 56kms lag spike. Usually my spike's are at 1k, didn't expect to shoot up that high.

Ping spikes up to 23 seconds, and after the past few minutes my average pin is 1.3 seconds. Sheesh. I've been in Cantha these past 2 days, so can't say it's been elsewhere, but a post above said Elona. BTW my internet connections are a DS3 (not Verizon) and FiOS (Verizon), so two separate providers. Traceroute to GW server I'm on, 216.107.241.94, times out at 63.218.5.49 but until then its at 64ms. I've been getting it pretty bad also. I was trying to do Vizunah with my assassin, and twice, right after both parties meet for the first time, the game hit a huge lag spike. The first time I waited what must've been 5 minutes before just shutting down the game and starting over, then it happened again in almost the same spot and I just called it quits from there.

Went to help a group do The Wilds in Tyria last evening, and about five minutes into the mission hit the worst lag session I have seen in the past two years. The entire group experienced it, but when it was over the rest of the mission ran smoothly.
